The plugins are optimized to operate at 2.8MHz or even 5.6MHz internally through oversampling.
When DSD is converted to PCM, it’s well-known that the audio may lose some of its dynamic range, resulting in a lower peak level and reduced dynamics. DSD Tools addresses this issue by compensating for dynamic loss and restoring the original range during the conversion process.
